Until now, a company that was past due or canceling looked like every other row on the Companies list.
A state pill shows in the Companies list's Subscription column and next to the company name on the profile: Active, Trialing, Past due, Canceling or Downgrade scheduled. It replaces the old Trial Ends and Downgrade badges. Above the list, a Needs attention bar counts companies by state; click one or several to filter.
On the profile, a banner names the state, when it started, what it means for access and the action that fits, such as canceling the downgrade. While a payment is outstanding, "Past due since" and the date replace "Next bill due", and Stripe subscriptions get a dunning row with the amount, the due or next-retry date and a link to the invoice.
The Companies filter is rebuilt around Status, Type, Plan, Credit type and Only show. It applies live, and you can copy a link to the view. The companies API gains a cancel_at_period_end filter.
