Credits are one balance drawn down by several features, so the warning that matters is "you're about to run out".
Plan credit grants now take up to five usage-warning thresholds, counted in credits remaining across the company's whole balance: grant, rollover, top-ups and bundles. Set them in the credit grant drawer. Each row is a number of credits with a percent-of-grant hint, and a meter shows where the thresholds fall between the full grant and zero. The custom plan form has the same section. You might send a heads-up with half the grant left, a warning at 20% left and a last call at 5%.
When the balance drops to a threshold, the credit.usage_warning_reached webhook fires once for it. The threshold re-arms when a grant lands or the balance climbs back. Flag checks also return the thresholds on credit-based entitlements.
